Sending Mobile App Download & Login Email
When you are finally ready to launch your conference mobile app the best practice is to send a pre formatted email template from the X-CD attendee registration module to all of your registered attendees to download the mobile app.
- Go to your conference Attendee Module
- Click the Reports button
- Choose who to email
- Typically this should be Complete Attendees(only complete attendees will have full functionality within the app, I.e messaging attendees, creating itineraries, etc)
- On the email composition screen, choose the "Mobile App" template from the Email Templates - "Pick Template" dropdown.

You can customize this email template to your liking, but you should not change or edit the QR code, or the Login buttons as they contain code and redirects that will help your attendees to download, and log into the mobile app.
TIP:
It is a good practice to create/edit this email template ahead of time, and schedule the email to be sent on your planned launch date. If you have more complete attendees at the time you schedule the email to be sent, your recipient list will be updated.
