How to email all Authors including Session Information?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Speaker Module
- Click Reports
- Click Al Authors tab
- Click Go beside 'All Authors by Review Status'
- Select one or more Review Status(es)
- Click the checkbox for Scheduled in Session

- Click Advance button
- Click Send Email
- In the compose Email screen, refer to the hotkeys on the left side of the Message body field
Click View Program Hot Keys for Session and/or Presentation Information hotkeys to add to your message.
Click View Contact Field Hot Keys to include hotkeys from the Contact Profile to your message.

- Click Preview Email
- Select/Unselect the recipients
- Select to Send the Email Now
