How to email all Authors including Session Information?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Al Authors tab
  5. Click Go beside 'All Authors by Review Status'
  6. Select one or more Review Status(es)
  7. Click the checkbox for Scheduled in Session

  8. Click Advance button
  9. Click Send Email
  10. In the compose Email screen, refer to the hotkeys on the left side of the Message body field
    Click View Program Hot Keys for Session and/or Presentation Information hotkeys to add to your message.
    Click View Contact Field Hot Keys to include hotkeys from the Contact Profile to your message.

  11. Click Preview Email
  12. Select/Unselect the recipients
  13. Select to Send the Email Now
