Emailing Parent-Child Submissions

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker module of the parent-child submission site
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Click Primary Contact tab
  5. Click Go for All Submissions
  6. Select the checkbox(es) for the list you want to email e.g. Only Child Submissions will include the authors of child submissions

  7. Click Advance button
  8. Click Send Email button to bring up the Compose Email screen
  9. Draft the message, click Preview button
  10. Deselect any recipients (Note: You cannot use the Schedule email if you deselect recipients. you must use the Send Now. If no recipients are deselected, then you may use the Schedule Email option)
  11. Click To Send Now
