Filtering Submissions

How to Filter Submissions and download or Email?


In the Manage Submissions screen, use the Filtering option to use custom search criteria to find submissions, to easily send out an email or download information.


  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker module
  3. Click Manage button
  4. Click Filter located near the top of the screen to expand the Filtering options
  5. Set your search criteria by selecting the options available. These options are dynamically displayed based on the fields defined on your submission form.

  6. Once you have entered all of the criteria, the grid will dynamically display the matches.
  7. Above the Grid, you may then click the Email button to bring up a compose email screen to send an email to the matches or click the Download button to open the reports dialog box and select the fields to include in the download file.

How to Find Incomplete Submissions?

Incomplete submissions are considered to be submissions that have been submitted and in draft mode (if draft mode is enabled on your site) or if your submission site requires payment for submissions then if no payment has been submitted it will be considered incomplete. Incomplete submissions are not pulled into the review module nor visible in the Track Chair module.

  3. Click Manage button
  4. Click Filter located near the top of the screen to expand the Filtering options
  5. Set your search criteria by selecting the the Incomplete Submissions radio button
  6. Click the Download or Email button if you wish to pull a report or email the submitter.
