August 6, 2025: Release of updated Submission Interface

InfoThis updated interface features a cleaner, more intuitive layout designed to make the submission process smoother and more user-friendly. It also lays the foundation for future enhancements—including AI-powered features.

NOTE: All functionality in the back-end and the setup of the submission modules will remain the same for the system administrators

What will be different?
  1. When a user submits, if there are conference submission steps defined, these will appear towards the right side of the screen.



     If the site is closed to new submissions, the conference-related steps will appear in the center of the screen.


  2. On the Submission Home screen, each submission will be divided into three subsections: Submission, Supplementary Information and Submission Status. Within each area, required actions will display in red shading, and completed actions will contain a green check mark. If your system is set to allow users to self-withdraw, the Withdraw button appears in the bottom right corner for each submission .


  3. When a user edits a submission, the related buttons will appear on the left side of the screen, organized in a clickable menu. If the user wishes to return to the screen to view all of their submissions, they will need to click Submission Home in the horizontal menu.
