What are the different field types I can use on my form?

Below are samples of the various field types that you may select from.

1. Text - Single Line: This field allows user to enter text in a single row
   
2. Text- Paragraph: This type of text box allows user to input fomatted text
   
3. Radio Button: This field allows the user to select only one from many option
   
4. Dropdown: This field allows the user to select only one from many options
   
5. Check Box: This field allows the user to select more than one option
   
6. File Upload: This field allows the user to upload a single file
   
7. Screen Text: This field allows you to add instructions or breaks in your form
