Program Participant Custom Fields

Sometimes, there is important information that needs to be associated with an individual just for the conference. Invited speakers need to provide flight information, board members need to provide availability, etc... Program Participant Custom Fields gives you the ability to create a custom form and edit this information for relevant individuals.

Getting Started

  1. From the Dashboard
  2. Find the relevant conference
  3. Click on Manage Program, or a speaker module from that conference.
  4. In the left-side menu, click Program Participants.
This will open the Program Participants mega-menu. Click on Participant Custom Fields.

Note that you can also fill out an individual's information by finding them in View All Participants. But generally, setting up the form, filling it out for individuals, filtering, sorting, emailing, downloading, etc... is all done in the Participant Custom Fields screen.

About this Screen


  1. Click here to modify the fields available for filling (ex: Date Field, Arrival Date).
  2. Click here to identify the relevant users for this task (ex: Presenters, from the "Invited Speakers" module).
  3. Click here to email all the users in the grid below. You can also schedule this email for later.
  4. Click here to download an excel file of the users appearing in the grid. If you want to only download certain users, you can use the filters just above and it will apply to the download.
  5. Click here to email the users appearing in the grid. Again, adjusting the filters above will apply to the recipients of the email.
  6. Click here to modify the data collected for an individual
