Locking users after multiple failed payment attempts
If a user has reached 5 failed payment attempts in a specific module, their account will be locked and prevented from attempting any more payments within that module. This measure has been implemented in order to prevent fraudulent testing charges against compromised credit cards. If the user is legitimate, they will need to contact the administrator in order to have their account unlocked. Review this help article on Unlocking Accounts Due to Failed Payment Attempts
Updated Delete Contact
Previously, you could not delete a contact who has financial transactions in the system; however, we have now updated this functionality in order to allow administrators to delete a contact who has financial transactions in the system. If you choose to delete a user and their related financial transactions, once this step has been actioned, the data will not be recoverable. There are multiple warning messages and confirmation screens to acknowledge to confirm this action. Refer to the help article on How to Delete a Contact
