Sending Login Links to Exhibitors

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Click the Exhibitors tab
  5. Click Go beside All Exhibitors
  6. Click Send Email
  7. Ensure Email Reply-To is correct
  8. Ensure Email From Name is correct
  9. Add a Email Subject
  10. Compose your Email body and include the hotkey [LogInURL]
  11. Click Preview Email when ready to send, a preview email will be sent to the email that is logged into the admin site
  12. Review all the recipients under Select Who To Email 
    1. To remove exhibitors from the email list, uncheck the box beside their name
  13. At the bottom of the page select if you want to email no or later
    1. If email is to be scheduled to send at a later date set the date by clicking the calendar icon in the Send Later field
  14. Select the desired setting for Set as Recurring Email Message
    1. If Yes select the Frequency
    2. Select the expiry option and date if required.
  15. Click Send Email when completed
