Sending Login Links to Exhibitors
- Click Dashboard
- Click Exhibitor module
- Click Reports button
- Click the Exhibitors tab
- Click Go beside All Exhibitors
- Click Send Email
- Ensure Email Reply-To is correct
- Ensure Email From Name is correct
- Add a Email Subject
- Compose your Email body and include the hotkey [LogInURL]
- Click Preview Email when ready to send, a preview email will be sent to the email that is logged into the admin site
- Review all the recipients under Select Who To Email
- To remove exhibitors from the email list, uncheck the box beside their name
- At the bottom of the page select if you want to email no or later
- If email is to be scheduled to send at a later date set the date by clicking the calendar icon in the Send Later field
- Select the desired setting for Set as Recurring Email Message
- If Yes select the Frequency
- Select the expiry option and date if required.
- Click Send Email when completed
