How to set withdrawn submissions to NOT show up in the online program
You must remove a withdrawn submission that is scheduled in order for it to not appear in the online program, but it will still be in the system with a submission status of withdrawn.
NOTE: Deleting the submission will completely remove the submission from the system.- Click Dashboard
- Click the Speaker Module
- Click Withdrawn button
- Search for the Submission ID or Name, by entering the Search field, then Click on the Manage the submission appears on
- Click Session in the horizontal menu
- Select Session field should be set to Unassign from a Session
- Click Update Session Assignment button
NOTE: This will remove the submission from the Session - Repeat steps 1 to 7 to unschedule withdrawn submissions
