How to add Exhibitors/Sponsors to the Mobile App

Non-Exhibitor Module Clients

If you are not using the X-CD Exhibitor module to collect exhibitor and staff registrations, or sell sponsorships, add-ons or booth space. Refer to the instructions below to import your exhibitor information into the mobile app.
  1. From the Admin Dashboard, click the Event App link under the Conference Name

  2. Click the Exhibitor link under the Get Set section of the screen

  3. Click the Import button
  4. Click the Download Template link

  5. Populate the file and save it as .csv file.
  6. Return to the screen and upload your populated import file.

How to upload a list of Exhibitors in the Mobile App?

The exhibitor module is a special page of the app that is a directory of companies.
Each company can have a name, website, description, booth number, resources, staff, and raffles.
This data is entered into the app via a CSV upload or through exhibitor registration. Please follow these instructions on how to upload exhibitors.

NOTE:

  • To have exhibitors in the mobile app the conference must have an exhibitor module. 
  • The order of the companies does not matter as they will appear within an alphabetical directory.
  • If you have created sponsor levels the exhibitors will be separated in the order of the sponsor levels and sorted alphabetically in each level.
