How To Create Sponsor Levels

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Advanced Options then Manage Sponsorships
  5. Click the  Create a New Sponsor Level button
  6. Select the Sponsor Level Color by either selecting a pre-determined color code in the first option (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze) or in the second option enter a hex color code or use the color picker tool
  7. Select a Badge Icon 
  8. Enter a Sponsorship Level name, ex. Gold
  9. If you are using the registration you can select the field options that will make a company that sponsor level. 
    1. For example, purchasing the Sponsor Level Package - Gold would make the company a gold sponsor. 
    2. When a company adds this item to their registration their sponsor level will automatically be updated.
    3. Please be careful editing this may remove some companies that you manually added the sponsor level to.
  10. Sponsor levels can be used to limit resource uploads, enter a number or click the unlimited check box for each of the resource types
  11. Sponsor Column Width applies to the column width in the virtual conference exhibit hall. Default is 1/3rd width (3 companies per row).
  12. Click Save
  13. To reorder select the 3 lines to the left of the update button and drag the level in the desired position
  14. Click Update to update that sponsor level
  15. Click Delete to delete the sponsor level.
The default level is applied to all companies not assigned a sponsor level. This level will be displayed in your mobile app and virtual conference.
