How do I create my badge template for printing badges?
By default, the badge template uses the Avery Standard template #5392, containing 6 badges total per page, 3 rows of 2 labels on each row, 3 inches x 4 inches.
This badge template cannot be customized. If you require a customized template, contact X-CD Sales.
Click Dashboard
Click Attendee ModuleClick Settings in the left side menuSelect BadgesUnder a Badge Title for the template name, e.g. Conference 2017Under Header Image, you may upload an image in .jpg or .png format and adjust the dimension and placement.
You may include up to 4 lines of text on your badge.- To use a [HotKey], enter the hotkey exactly as it appears in the list, ensuring the name of the hot key is enclosed with square brackets. If you require access to a field that is not listed, you will need a custom badge. Contact X-CD Sales for a quote.
- You may also enter text to be printed on the badge
Click Save Badge button
NOTE: to the right of the screen you will see Badge Preview which will display a sample of what the badge will look like.
