You may define a final status for external and / or internal purposes. Defining a final status for internal purposes allows you to keep a historical record of the successful application(s).
- Click Dashboard
- Click Forms
- Click on the name of the Form
- Click Review Submissions in left-side menu
- Click Final Status in horizontal menu
- Select Add Status
- Internal Status = Yes / No
- Submitter Access = Yes / No where Yes allows the submitter to view the Final Status, set to No if the Final Status is used for Internal Status
- Click Dashboard
- Click Forms
- Click on the name of the Form
- Click Review Submissions in left-side menu
- Click Final Status in horizontal menu
- Select Manage Status
- Click the radio button for the status you want to edit
- Apply revisions, click Update Status or Update Status & Preview button to save
- Click Dashboard
- Click Forms
- Click on the name of the Form
- Click Review Submissions in left-side menu
- Click Final Status in horizontal menu
- Select Manage Status
- Click the radio button for the status you want to edit
- Click Delete Status button
- Confirm the deletion request
- Click Dashboard
- Click Forms
- Click on the name of the Form
- Click Review Submissions in left side menu
- Click Final Status in horizontal menu
- Select Final Status Assignment
- Click the Gavel icon to assign the final status for an application
- Repeat step 7 for each application if there are multiple final statuses
