Bulk/Batch Session Creation
As an alternative to using the session import template to make a program, or creating sessions one by one, batch session creation will help speed up the program making process.
- Click Dashboard
- Click Manage Program OR click Speaker Module and then click Program button
- Click Sessions in the horizontal menu
- Click Create Session
- Click Batch Create (above General Settings) NOTE: Session types must be set up before batch create can take place (see Copy from previous session type creation to also expedite the process of creating session types if you have made a program before in X-CD)
- Cut and paste titles into each of the boxes for each session type
- Click on Create Sessions to make all the sessions listed in each box
