Remove a Track or a Track Chair

To Remove a Track Chair Access

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker module
  3. Click Review
  4. Click Track Chairs in horizontal menu
  5. Select Manage Contacts
  6. Click on the row for the Track Chair to be removed
  7. Unselect the all of the Tracks
  8. Click Submit button to save.
    NOTE: This will automatically remove the person as a Track Chair and they will not be able to access the Track Chair site.

To Remove a specific Track from a Track Chair

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker module
  3. Click Review
  4. Click Track Chairs in horizontal menu
  5. Select Manage Contacts
  6. Click on the row for the Track Chair to update
  7. Unselect the the corresponding checkbox for the Track(s) to be removed
  8. Click Submit button to save.
