How to Manually Discount a Registration Item?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Attendee Module
- Click Manage button
- Search for the attendee registration
- Click the Manage button for the Attendee
- Click Registration in the horizontal menu
- Select Discount Item
- Click the Edit button beside the registration item to be discounted
- Enter a dollar amount discount to be applied to the item and enter a note
- If there are pre-defined discount codes and you wish to apply a code, select a discount code from the dropbox
- Click Assign Manual Discount / Assign Discount button to apply the discount.
