Swapping Registration Items

There may be instances where an attendee has paid for an item already and want to change their registration and apply the payment to another item instead of being refunded the full amount and repaying. Using the Swap items functionality will allow you to update the attendee registration, select the registion item that was paid for and remove, then select a new registration item and invoice total will be adjusted.
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Attendee Registration module
  3. Click Manage button
  4. Search for the registrant and click the Manage button to open their registration
  5. In the horizontal menu, select Registration
  6. Select Swap items
  7. On the left side of the screen, Under Select Existing Invoice Item, select the item to be removed from the invoice
  8. On the right side of the screen, in Select New Invoice item dropdown field, choose the new item to be added and select the price of that item OR click the Custom Price checkbox and enter a price amount
  9. Enter a reason for the swap in the tracking note
  10. Click Swap item button
    This action will automatically adjust the invoice total.
