Email/Download Membership

How to Download a Financial Report of Member Dues

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click System Tools from left-side menu
  3. Click Financial Reporting
  4. Enter a Start Date and End Date
  5. Ensure there is a checkmark beside Membership Module (remove checkmarks beside any other modules)
  6. Click Export CSV button
    • Note: To include all invoice items in the download (one invoice item per row) - click Export with Extended Invoice Item Detail
    • The file will download to your default downloads folder.


How to Email Active Members

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts from left side menu
  3. Click Email/Download from left side menu
  4. Click Contacts tab
  5. Search for All Contacts by Group then click Go button on right
  6. From the Select Group box, select a member category type
    • hold down the Shift key - click the first and last group to highlight them all
    • OR hold down the CTRL / Command Key and click to highlight more than one individual group
  7. Click Active Members
  8. Click Advance button
  9. Click Send Email button
  10. Compose a message
  11. Click Preview Email button, the draft email message will be sent to the Reply-to email address.  
  12. Review the list of recipients
  13. Click Send Now or click the Calendar icon, select a date and time, then click Schedule Email


How to Email / Download a List of Active members

  1. From the Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from the left side menu
  3. Click Settings under Membership Management  
  4. Click Membership Management from top menu
  5. Click Legacy Report from drop down menu
  6. Click the Dues tab
  7. Search Active Members, then click the Go button on the right
  8. Select the group(s) to be included in the report
    • Select more than one type by holding down the CTRL/COMMAND button and highlighting each category to be included
  9. Set membership expiration date using the calendar button
  10. Click the Advance button
  11. Choose the download format of your choice :
    1. To send email : Click the Send Email button
      1. Compose the message
      2. Click Preview Email button (the draft email will be sent to the Reply-to email address)
      3. Review the recipients list
      4. Choose Send email now or Schedule to send later
      5. Click Send Email button
    2. To download the list : Click the format of your choice (Excel or PDF)
      1. Select the Contact Fields to be included in the list
      2. Click Download Report button


How to Email / Download a list of Expired Members

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from the left-side menu  
  3. Click Settings under Membership Management  
  4. Click Membership Management from top menu
  5. Click Legacy Report from drop down menu
  6. Click the Dues tab
  7. Search Expired Members, then click the Go button on the right
  8. From the Select Group box, select a membership category type
    1. Select more than one type by holding down the CTRL/COMMAND button and highlighting each category to be included
  9. Set the Member Expiry date using the calendar button
  10. Click Advance button
  11. Choose the download options of your choice :
    1. To send email : Click the Send Email button
      1. Compose the message
      2. Click Preview Email button (the draft email will be sent to the Reply-to email address)
      3. Review the recipients list
      4. Choose Send email now or Schedule to send later
      5. Click Send Email button
    2. To download the list : Click the format of your choice (Excel or PDF)
      1. Select the Contact Fields to be included in the list
      2. Click Download Report button

How to Find a list of Auto-Renew Members

  1. From the Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from left side menu
  3. Under Automation, click Auto-Renewal Enrollment 
  4. From the Filter Date dropdown menu, click All Users in Auto Renew


How to Email / Download a list of New Members

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from left-side menu
  3. Click Reporting & Analytics under Membership Management
  4. Click New Members from Members dropdown menu
  5. From Select Groups box on the right, select the Member Categories you wish to include in the report.
  6. Provide a start and end date
  7. Click Apply
    • The gird will update and display any matches
  8. Choose the download options of your choice :
    1. To send email : Click the Send Email button
      1. Follow on screen instructions and compose the message
      2. Click Preview Email button (the draft email will be sent to the Reply-to email address)
      3. Review the recipients list
      4. Choose Send email now or Schedule to send later
      5. Click Send Email button
    2. To download the list : Click the Export CSV button
      1. Select the Contact Fields to be included in the list
      2. Click Download Report button


How to Email / Download a list of Members who changed Groups

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from left-side menu
  3. Click Settings under Membership Management
  4. Click Membership Management from top menu
  5. Click Legacy Report from drop down menu
  6. Click the Dues tab
  7. Search for Switching Group Members then click the Go button on the right
  8. Select the Member Categories you wish to include in the report.
  9. Provide a start and end date
  10. Click Advance
    • The gird will update and display any matches
  11. Choose the download options of your choice :
    1. To send email : Click the Send Email button
      1. Follow on screen instructions and compose the message
      2. Click Preview Email button (the draft email will be sent to the Reply-to email address)
      3. Review the recipients list
      4. Choose Send email now or Schedule to send later
      5. Click Send Email button
    2. To download the list : Click the Download Excel button
      1. The file will download to your default downloads folder.


How to Email / Download Members by Country

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Membership from left-side menu
  3. Click Settings under Membership Management
  4. Click Membership Management from top menu
  5. Click Legacy Report from drop down menu
  6. Click the Dues tab
  7. Search for Members Location then click the Go button on the right
    1. Select more than one type by holding down the CTRL/COMMAND button and highlighting each category to be included
  8. In the Download/Email section in the top left area of the screen, scroll in the list and click Go button beside Members Location
  9. Select the Member Categories to include in the report.
  10. Select the Country/Countries to include in the report
    • Select more than one type by holding down the CTRL/COMMAND button and highlighting each category to be included 
  11. Click Advance
