Downloading Review Reports - Individual Scores, Assigned Reviews Etc.

What are Print Friendly Reports?

The Print Friendly Reports will provide a nicely formatted, detailed, document containing each abstract, the average, total, and standard deviation shown above each abstract, and the review details.

There are two format options for the report:

  • View on Screen (may save as a .doc file)
  • Download as PDF
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Select Speaker Module
  3. Click Review button
    1. If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
  4. Click on the  View on Screen  OR  Download as PDF  button for the formatted report to generate.



How to download a Report of Reviewer Individual Scores?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Select Speaker Module
  3. If using the legacy Paper review, click Review Papers in the left side menu. (If you do not see a Review Papers in the left menu, then you are not using the legacy Paper review module and skip to the next step.)
    1. Click Reports button
    2. Click the Reviewers tab
    3. Click Go beside 'All Submission Reviewers'
    4. Click Download Excel button
    5. Select the fields to be included in the report i.e. select each of the review form questions that contain a value.
    6. Click Download button
  4. If using the multi-review module
    1. Click the Review button
    2. Select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
    3. Click Download as XLS button beside 'Each Reviewer by Submission'. This will generate an excel file to your computer's download folder.


How to download a list of assigned reviews and reviewers?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker module
  3. If using the legacy Paper review, click Review Papers in the left side menu; otherwise, click the Review button and select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
  4. Click Download as XLS button beside 'All Assigned Reviews'. This will generate an excel file to your computer's download folder.


NOTE: The below instructions are for clients who are using the legacy Paper Review Module. The legacy Paper Review module is not the same as the Abstract Review module or the Multi-Review module. Refer to your X-CD contract for details.

How to download Paper Reviews from Paper Review Module?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speakers Module
  3. Click Review Papers in the left side menu (If you do not see a Review Papers in the left menu, then you are not using the legacy Paper review module)
  4. On the right side of the screen under Excel Reports, locate for Additional Reports, Click here (click the click here link)
  5. Click Go button for report All Paper Reviewers
  6. Select the fields you want in the report download
  7. Click Download
    • This will generate an Excel file where you will see if a reviewer has submitted their review responses


Why are the Reviewer Comments not included in the downloads report?

If you notice that the comments are not being populated in the download/reports, it is likely that your comment field on your review form is not properly defined.

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speakers Module
  3. Click  Review  button
    1. If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
  4. Click Review Fields located in the horizontal menu
  5. Click Edit button beside the Comments field
  6. Ensure to set the Comments/Abstain Field = YES
  7. Click Update Field Information button to save changes
  8. Click Update Reviews button
  9. Click Update Scores button


How to export the Reviewer Pool?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speakers Module
  3. Click the Review button located in the Sub-modules menu
    1. if using the legacy Paper review, click Review Papers in left side menu
    2. If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
  4. Click Reviewers in the horizontal menu, select Reviewer Pool
  5. Click Downloads button, select Full Pool
    • This will download an excel file to your computer downloads folder.


How download all abstract and reviewer details?

Note: The submission form field data may exceed what may be downloadable to excel and may not be feasible to download all to excel due to excel limitations. In this case, data may need to be exported using more than one report in order to obtain all abstract and review fields.
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Review button
    1. If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
  4. Click Full Data Export under the Print Friendly Reports section
