Summary of Reviews, Downloading all Scores, Reports on Final Statuses and Scores
How to View a Summary of Reviewers and Status of Complete & Incomplete Reviews?
This will generate an excel file download that will show you all of the Reviewers and a count of the Assigned vs Complete Reviews.
- Click Dashboard
- Select Speaker Module
- Click Reports button
- If using the Paper review, click Review Papers in the left side menu.
- If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
- Click Reviewers tab to view the available options for Reports/Emails
- Click on Go for ‘Review Complete Counts’
How to Download a Summary of all Scores, Average Scores and Comments?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Speaker Module
- Click Review button
- If using the Paper review, click Review Papers in the left side menu.
- If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
- Click Quick Scoring Summary - Download as XLS button
NOTE: This will produce an excel formatted file containing for each abstract ID and Title, and a summary of its - Total Assigned (Reviewers)
- Total Complete (Reviews)
- Total Abstain (Reviewers)
- Total Score
- Average Score
- Standard Deviation
- Reviewer Comments
How to Download a Final List of All Submissions with Final Status and Reviewer Scores?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Speaker Module
- Click Review button
- If using the Paper review, click Review Papers in the left side menu.
- If using the multi-review module, select from the Select Review Module dropdown list, the review module you wish to open
- Click Each Reviewer By Submission - Download as XLS button
NOTE: This will produce an excel formatted file containing for each Abstract ID, Title, Track, Final Status and a summary of its- Reviewer Name
- Total Score
- Average Score
- Total Score
