Adding Related Tags (Society Themes/Analytic Tags) to Contact Field Values

Adding Society Theme Tags allow for further analytics and using the match-making functionality in the virtual conference.
You can only Add Related Tags if they have been previously created. Please see this article on how to add tags.

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts Module
  3. Click Contact Forms button
    • Be sure to select the appropriate contact form before you edit any details
    • If there is no dropdown list for the contact form, proceed to the next step
  4. Click the Edit button beside the field you want to edit
  5. Scroll down and click on
    1. 'Add New Options To This Field' button to add a new option
    2. Click Edit button beside the Option to make changes to the option
  6. Once you set your Field settings and options, click the Update Field Information button to apply your changes.
  7. At the bottom click the Related Tags field
    1. Select the appropriate tag for this field 

  8. Click Update Option to save
If you are adding tags to an existing field you can create tags on that page by clicking Add New Tags
