      - You may be required to logout/switch from your own zoom account

Create New (Personal) meeting.

Ensure My Personal Meeting ID is selected on the New Meeting drop down.

The meeting auto-records as soon as the meeting has been started. You can turn it off, but you need to restart it if you do prior to the start of the session. As seen in the figure below in the red box

o    Best practice is to keep recording on and X-CD will trim the beginning and end of video if there is non-educational (private) discussion as you get ready or exit the meeting

TURNING YOUR LIVE STREAM ON

·         Connect/Invite speakers to the zoom call (If there is no waiting room, speakers and moderators should immediately enter zoom call; otherwise, you need to let them into the meeting).

o    The speakers should be emailed the Zoom meeting room URL prior to session starting.

  1.  To start streaming the session to the live channel select the …More button at the bottom of the screen
  1. Turn on the live stream when the countdown on the X-CD virtual platform is at 30 seconds to 0

·         Select the Live on Custom Live Streaming Service option

You will be directed to a server connection page

Once you are connected it will load X-CD.com, you can close this page

·         You are now streaming to the server which will be broadcast to the event and can be confirmed with a LIVE on Custom Live Streaming Service button in the top left of the screen.

·         Once you see the live stream icon inside Zoom - start talking immediately. If you delay, attendees will see and or hear nothing. Once you are live - consider the show started and start presenting.

Ending/Wrapping Up Your Session

·         Once you have finished your session/zoom meeting, you will want to stop your broadcast. To do so in the top right corner where it displays LIVE click it and select Stop Live Stream

·         You can optionally stop recording and then end the meeting or just end the meeting. To stop recording select the Stop Recording button in the bottom center of the meeting. To end the meeting go to the Red End button in the bottom right corner of the meeting.
