Virtual Platform Sponsorship/Sales Options

Lobby Minimercial

  1. Video/minimercial to play on main lobby load. You can set a single video to play here in this ad space, or you can rotate between several sponsor videos to play as the lobby minimercial. Lobby minimercial will only play on app load (and refresh), it will not play each time an participant visits the lobby. 

Lobby Banner Ad 
  1. Rotating banner ad in top right corner of lobby. Ideal image dimensions = 1200 x 720 px. 


Banner Ads (leaderboard, skyscraper, tile) 
  1. Banner ads can be set to display throughout several pages within your virtual platform.
  2. Skyscraper ads (160x600) can be set to display on participant, social feed, networking lounge and gamification screens
  3. Leaderboard Ad (728 x 90) can be set to display on: Participants Social Feed Chat Networking Lounge Exhibit Hall Gamification screens
  4. Tile ads can be placed in the corner of the screen
Feature session banner ad
  1. Feature session banner ads are tied to specific sessions. They will display to the right of the session title, above the session content area. They can be hyperlinked to external pages. Ideal dimensions = 1200x200


Minimercials (on-demand videos) 
  1. Minimercials are short video commercials that are tied to sessions that will play before an on demand video is watched. You can upload as many minimercials as you like to the system and by default, the minimericals will be added to a queue which will cycle randomly between videos. Alternatively you can connect a specific minimercial to a session 


Social Lounge Sponsor 
  1. Social lounges (general video chat rooms) can monetized with sponsor artwork. When an attendee is inside a sponsored networking lounge, the sponsor logo will appear to the left of the video chat. 


Social Lounge Minimercial 
  1. A social lounge sponsor can also provide a minimercial/welcome video to their lounge. This will be played after an attendee clicks to join, before they enter the video chat room .



Gamification Sponsor
  1. Dedicated leaderboard ad above Gamification screen



Poster Hall Sponsor Video 
  1. Similar to the Lobby Minimercial, only this is played specifically in the poster hall. Can be used to monetize a poster hall sponsor. 


Poster Hall Sponsor Ad
  1. Tile ad can be specifically set to the poster hall for monetizing the poster hall from a sponsor. This ad location can also rotate. 

Badge Artwork Sponsor 
  1. Sponsor logo/artwork can be added to the Attendee Badge Artwork - Recommended 750 x 300. Attendee badges will display throughout many areas of the virtual platform. 

Sponsored Push Notifications 

  1. Publish targeted notifications during your conference giving recognition to your sponsors. In a push notification, you can create a call to action button, and link these buttons to specific exhibitor booths, or to specific sessions. This is a nice way to drive traffic to specific exhibitor booths, or to sponsored sessions.
