Scheduling Sessions

Sessions must be created before being able to schedule them.
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Program button
  4. Select Sessions in horizontal menu
  5. Select the proper date

  6. Click Create New Room button and create each room - a minimum of one room must be defined
  7. On the far right side, a list of all Created Sessions appears, drag and drop a session into the calendar view into a time slot.
    Note: The session time is automatically slotted into a 60-minute timeframe. The default cannot be changed when using the drag and drop, to change the session time after the drag and drop action.

  8. To change the session end time, place your mouse cursor at the end time of the session block and drag it to extend or shorten the time or click on the session in the calendar time slot to edit details.

  9. There are several options when clicking on a scheduled session

    Edit Session will pop-up a screen as follows
