Forms Module Email/Download
  1. Cannot favorite a report in the Recently Run Reports section
  2. Deleting a saved report not working
  3. Renaming a saved report is not displaying the new saved name after updating it, you need to refresh the screen to see it
  4. When there is one report listed in the Favorited Reports section and it is removed, the screen does not refresh and display 'You have not yet favorited any reports.' message
  5. After deleting a saved report, you are redirected to the Favorites tab instead of staying in the Saved Query section
