Manage Web Pages

How to Edit Web Pages?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Update beside the page(s) you wish to edit
  4. Make your revisions to the page
  5. Click Update Page button to apply your changes.

How to Create a New Web Page?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Add New Page button
  4. Enter a Page Title, Page URL and Page Content
  5. Click Add Page button

How to Insert a Table/Columns in a Web Page?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Update beside the page(s) you wish to edit
  4. To insert a table or columns in your web page, click the Table icon
  5. Select Insert Table
    • If you want to insert rows or columns to your table, place your cursor in the table
    • Click the table icon and select Row/Column > select Insert Row/Column Before or Insert Row/Column After
  6. Define the size of the table indicating the number of columns and rows (e.g. 2 x 3 is 2 columns and 3 rows)
  7. Under Table Properties, if preferred, adjust the width percentage
  8. Under Cell Properties, if preferred, adjust the width size of the columns

First you will need to upload your image / file. From Admin Dashboard, click Upload File in left-side menu.

Once your file has been uploaded, note the URL for the image / file

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Update beside the page(s) you wish to edit
  4. Click the Image icon 
  5. In the Source field, enter the URL for the image / file
  6. Click OK

How to Create a Button Icon?

  1. Click the Insert/Edit Bootstrap Button icon 
  2. Under Button Style, select the colour of the button
  3. Under Button Size, select the size preference
  4. Under Tag, select the purpose of the button
    • <button> - shows just a button style icon
    • <a> - shows a button that links to a URL; ensure to enter a URL address
    • <input> - is a field input type
  5. Under Other, in the Text field, enter the text to appear in the button
  6. Under Other, in the Icon dropdown, you can select an icon to appear
  7. Under Preview, any changes you apply will be shown
  8. Cick OK

How to Insert an Anchor on a Web Page

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Update beside the page(s) you wish to edit
  4. Place your cursor on the page for where you want an anchor placed, then click the Anchor icon 
    e.g. place cursor at top of the web page and click the Anchor icon
  5. Enter a name for the anchor e.g. top
  6. Now place your cursor for where you want to place the link to the anchor (e.g. bottom of a page) and click the Link icon 
  7. Enter text for the link in URL, then click the Anchors dropdown and select the anchor name and click OK

How to download a web page?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Website Management in left side menu
  3. Click Update beside a page
  4. Copy and paste the Page Content into a Word document or other document type software.
    NOTE: If you want the source html code, click the source icon  then copy and paste the source code into where you want.
