You may link the response of a recommendation field to a Final status, which will auto-assign the final status to a submission. This works ONLY when 1 reviewer's recommendation response is required. If you have multiple reviewers assigned and you link the recommendation field responses to a final status, reviewers will overwrite each other if their recommendation responses are different.
