Contact Profile Form
  1. When opening a direct link to a form in the forms module the contact form displayed was not respecting display logic set on the contact profile fields. Therefore fields that were suppose to show based on a response were not appearing.
  2. Non-required fields on a contact profile form displaying from the forms module were being recognized as being required so a user could not advance without completing all of the non-required fields.
