Forms Module

1. Vote/Polling type forms grid display has been disabled. This means, any form that has a Form Definition =  Vote or Poll, there will be no grid display available.
   

Dues Management Module

1. The invoice produced by the Dues Module had inconsistent font sizes and was a different font  type than the invoice generated by a membership store. The font size and style of the invoices has been made consistent.

Abstract Reviewer Form

1. The Display If conditional logic on a field option was not triggering the hide/display conditional logic, so the field was appearing on the form all the time, but should have been hidden and only displayed when the corresponding response was selected.
