Importing Corporate Memberships

You may import companies as Corporate Members and at the same time, if applicable,  you also you may import the company staff into the memberships that fall under a Corporate Membership.
NOTE: Company Staff will have the same expiration date as their Company's expiration date.
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Companies Module in left-side menu
  3. Click Settings in horizontal menu
  4. Select Import
  5. Click the Download link to the Import Template file
  6. The template file will contain further instructions on how to use and populate the import template.
  7. The import screen contains the data field references you will require to include in your import template.
  8. Once your import file has been populated, send it to X-CD to review before attempting to run the import file.
  9. After an X-CD staff has verified your import file data, return to the Import screen, following steps 1 to 4 above to upload your import file and run the import.
