Import / Add / Edit Session Learning Objectives

Use the Session Learning Objective import to import learning objectives at the Session level. Once imported, you may link the learning objectives to a Session Evaluation form, learning objective questions.

How to Import Session Learning Objectives

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Manage Program
  3. Click Import in the horizontal menu, select Import Learning Objectives

  4. Download the template file

  5. Follow the on-screen directions on how to populate the template and save it
  6. Return to the Import Learning Objectives screen (steps 1 to 3 above)
  7. Click the Upload CSV button

  8. Locate the populated template file on your computer, once it has been selected, the upload will begin. DO NOT CLOSE YOUR SCREEN. After the upload completes, the screen will update with information about the success/failure of the upload attempt.

How to view / edit Session Learning Objectives

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Manage Program
  3. Click Sessions in the horizontal menu, select Manage Sessions

  4. Locate the Session you wish to view the learning objectives for and click the Manage button
  5. Click Learning Objectives button

  6. This will open a screen containing the learning objectives for the session where you may
    a. Add a new objective
    b. Edit an existing objective
    c. Delete an existing objective
