How to View Add and Remove Members of a Group?

To View Members of a Group

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts from left-side menu
  3. Click Contact Group from left-side menu
  4. Click View button for the group you wish to view
    NOTE: The grid will display all members of the group. Use the Filter to view expired or valid members.

To Add an individual to a Group?

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts from left-side menu
  3. Search for the contact by name or email using the Search Field located above the grid in the right corner
  4. Click on the Manage button for the individual
  5. Click Groups located in the horizontal menu
  6. Click Add Membership Group button
  7. Select the Membership Group from dropdown menu, add an expiry date if applicable
  8. Click ADD

To Remove an individual from a Group?

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts from left-side menu
  3. Click Contact Groups from left-side menu
  4. Click View beside the Group Name
  5. Search for the individual to be removed
  6. Click on the Manage button for the individual
  7. Click Groups located in the horizontal menu
  8. Click Groups under Group Assignment                                                                  
  9. Find the group to be removed from and click the Delete button on the right 
  10. Confirm delete by clicking the Delete button 


To Batch Delete from a Group?

  1. From Admin Dashboard
  2. Click Contacts from left-side menu
  3. Click Contact Groups from left-side menu
  4. Click Manage button for the group
  5. Click Batch Operations tab
  6. Follow the written instructions under the Batch Delete section (create a .csv file where in column A contains the email address of the contacts to be removed from the group, then upload the file)
