How to upload Advertising

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. For the conference, click Event App link located under the Event Name
  3. Under the Get Ready section, click Module Settings
    • Note: this will open the main section to configure the event virtual conference
  4. Click Advertising menu option
    • Click the Add button for the type of ad being uploaded
    • For Lobby, Skyscraper and Leaderboard ads:
      • Browse your computer for the image file to be uploaded
      • In the Link field, enter a url if you wish to hyperlink the ad to a specific website (optional), leave this empty of you do not want to hyperlink the ad
      • In the Ad Label field, enter a name reference for the ad (required)
      • Specs:  Lobby - PNG, 1200px wide by 720px tall, max file size 1MB - if this file size isn't respected, it will cause other elements to be pushed down in the lobby
      • Skyscraper - PNG, 160px wide and 600px tall, max file size 1MB. These can appear on the Participants page (specifically the profile page only), Social Feed, Networking Lounge, and Gamification
      • Leaderboard - PNG, 728px wide and 90px tall, max file size 1MB. These appear on the Participants page, Social Feed, Poster Hall, Chat, Networking Lounge, Exhibit Hall and Gamification
    • For Minimercial ads:
      • NOTE: These CANNOT be uploaded to live sessions - only on-demand
      • Browse your computer for the MP4 file to be uploaded
      • In the Link field, enter a url if you wish to hyperlink the ad to a specific website (optional), leave this empty of you do not want to hyperlink the ad
      • In the Ad Label field, enter a name reference for the ad (required)
      • In the Session dropdown list, if applicable, select which specific sessions this ad should be played.
        • If you leave the Session field empty, the ad will play before ALL sessions.
    • Under Advertising Settings
      • Session Ad Rotator - Set to display if you want to have horizontal ads used as session ads. If there is a feature session image, it will use that image over this setting
      • Lobby Exhibitor Carousel - don't have ads but have exhibitors? Set to display to have exhibitor logos from the exhibit hall in the lobby rather than ads
      • Disable Lobby Horizontal Ads - Set to On if you don't want to display ads in the lobby
