How to set a Time Zone for the conference
IMPORTANT NOTE: This time zone setting ONLY APPLIES TO THE PROGRAM MODULE AND SESSION TIMES DISPLAYED.- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference
- In Conference Time zone, click on the field and select the appropriate time zone from the list
- Scroll down, click Update Conference button to save changes.
e.g. If you select Time zone = America/New York
When an attendee who is located in pacific time zone views the program, he/she/they will see a 9am Eastern session listed as 6am Pacific.
