How to Send an Email to Exhibitors with an Incomplete Registration?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Exhibitor module
  3. Click Reports
  4. Click Exhibitors tab
  5. Click Go button for Incomplete Exhibitors
  6. Click Send Email button
  7. Enter a subject
  8. Compose the message content
  9. Click Preview Email button, check your inbox for a copy of the message
  10. Click Edit if you wish to revise the message, then click Preview Email button again
  11. Do you want to want to send this email now? Select Yes to send right away or set to No to schedule the email
  12. If you selected No, select a future date and time to send the email message.
  13. If you want this same email resent again repeatedly, Set as recurring email message? = Yes, then choose the frequency and the end date of the resends; otherwise select 'No'
