How to Manually Lock or Unlock a Registration Status
This feature is used when you want to manually override a registration status and set an incomplete registration to complete.
NOTE: Ensure to track offline your reason for this action, as performing this task will make reconciling financials difficult.
Lock Registration Status to Complete
- Click Dashboard
- Click the Attendee Registration module
- Click the Manage button
- Search for the person, click Manage to open the invoice for that individual
- Click Admin in the horizontal menu
- Under Set Status, click into the Status field and select Complete

- Click Lock Status button
UnLock a Registration Status
- Click Dashboard
- Click the Attendee Registration module
- Click the Manage button
- Search for the person, click Manage to open the invoice for that individual
- Click Admin in the horizontal menu
- Click Un-Lock Status button.
This will set revert the registration status to the status the invoice was at before it was locked to Complete. This means if the invoice was previously incomplete, the status will return to an incomplete status; if the invoice was in a pending status, it will revert back to a pending status.

Find Registrations Locked by the Admin
- Click Dashboard
- Click the Attendee Registration module
- Select the Manage Attendees button
- Expand the Filter
- Click the checkbox for Status Locked > Results will appear immediately in the grid
