How to Email Companies

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Companies Module in left-side menu
  3. If applicable, use the filter to search for a subset of companies e.g. To find all companies in Canada, select Country from the dropdown list and enter the search criteria canada

  4. Click the Search button to perform the search
  5. Click Email button
  6. Select who should receive the Email and click the Advance button
    Notes:
    Selecting Admin Contacts only, then selecting a role e.g. Billing, you will be emailing only the admin(s) that is also a Billing role.
    Selecting All Company Contacts (will be regardless if a person is an admin or not) + selecting a role e.g. Billing means you are emailing individuals in the Billing role. 
    When you select another role, the criteria looking for persons in either role.
  7. Click Send Email button
  8. Compose the message
  9. Click Preview Email which will send you a test email message
  10. If you wish to deselect recipients, unselect and then send the email immediately
  11. If you are sending to all recipients, you may choose to schedule the email to be sent a later date/time
