How to Edit Conference Details?
How to Edit the Conference/Event Name?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference to rename
- In the Event Name field, you may edit the current text.
- Scroll down, click Update Conference button to save changes.

How to Edit Conference Dates?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference
- In the Event Start Date / Event End Date by manually entering dates or click the Calendar icon to select new dates.
- Scroll down and Click Update Conference button

You may also need to go into each module settings and update the dates set in the modules as well
- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference
- In the Conference Website field, enter the full URL address of the Conference website
- Scroll down, click Update Conference button to save changes.

How to Set a Time zone for the Conference?

This time zone setting ONLY APPLIES TO THE PROGRAM MODULE AND SESSION TIMES DISPLAYED.
- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference
- In Conference Time zone, click on the field and select the appropriate time zone from the list
- Scroll down, click Update Conference button to save changes.

If you select Time zone = America/New York
When an attendee who is located in pacific time zone views the program, the attendee will see a 9am Eastern session listed as 6am Pacific.
How to edit the Conference Website
- Click Dashboard
- Click Conference Home located on the far right of the screen by the Conference
- In the Conference Website, enter the complete URL address of the conference website. Note: Ensure the address begins with https
- Scroll down, click Update Conference button to save changes.
