How To Edit an Existing Session?

How to Edit a Session?


  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Program button
  4. Click Sessions in the horizontal menu
  5. Select Manage Sessions 
  6. Find the session using the search bar or filters or scroll to it. 
  7. Click Manage on the session row
  8. Click Details 
  9. Update all relevant fields 
  10. Click Update Session

How to Hide a Session?

If you have a session that you do not wish to have appear in the program, you may hide it.
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. Click Program button
  4. Click Sessions in the horizontal menu
  5. Select Manage Sessions 
  6. Find the session using the search bar or filters or scroll to it. 
  7. Click Manage on the session row
  8. Click Details
  9. Scroll down to the Advanced Controls section, locate the Hide on Public Program setting and click the checkbox to enable it
  10. Scroll down and click the Update Session button to save the change
