How to Download a List of Registrants?

How to Download ALL Attendee Registrations?

This download will generate an excel file with ALL registrations containing registration status values that are Complete, Incomplete. Pending and Cancelled. Use the filter feature in excel to filter the list using the Status column. e.g. Filter the list on Complete to see all registrants who are paid in full
  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Attendee Module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Attendees tab, click on Go beside All Attendees
    5. To obtain a report for a specific status i.e. Complete, Incomplete, Pending or Cancelled, click Go beside the relevant report in the Reports list.
  5. Click Download Excel
  6. Select the fields to include in the report
  7. Click Download button


How to Download Complete Registrations?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Attendee Module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Attendees tab, click the Go button beside Complete Attendees

  5. You may enter a date range and/or select a specific registration type option or leave blank 

  6. Click the Advance button
  7. Click the Download Excel button and select the fields to include in the download file
    NOTE: Click the Send Email button to email the attendees, compose the message and send
  8. Scroll down and click the Download Report button

How to Download Incomplete Registrations?

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Attendee Module
  3. Click Reports button
  4. Under the Attendees tab, click on Go beside Incomplete Attendees

  5. You may select a specific registration type option or leave blank

  6. Click the Advance button
  7. Click the Download Excel button and select the fields to include in the download file
    NOTE: Click the Send Email button to email the attendees, compose the message and send
  8. Scroll down and click the Download Report button

How to Download Pending Registrations?
