How to Add (or Edit) Final Status/Comments to the Submission Site so a Primary Author may View?
When the Primary Author logs in the system, they will see a 'View Final Status' button.
Clicking on the View Final Status button will display the Final Status.
NOTE: Any fields on the Reviewer Form that authors should be able to view will need the setting: Display to Author as Yes.
Creating the Submission Step for a Final Status defined in the Review Submissions Review Module
(Note: Your Final Statuses in the Review Submissions module must be defined first.)
- Click Dashboard
- Click Speakers Module
- Click the Settings button
- Click Submission Steps in the horizontal menu
- Click Add New Step button
- NOTE: If you wish to edit an already defined step, click 'Edit' beside the defined Step
- Select a Step Type frequency from the dropdown field i.e. Once per Submission
- Enter a Step Label e.g. View Final Status or View Reviewer Comments
- For Step Type Definition, select View Submission Status
- Click Create button
- In the list, click the Edit button beside your newly created Submission Step
- Set Display to Yes
- Set the Display Only To Submission Status criteria
- Click Update Step button
