How to add an external meeting link in a session?

Using an external meeting link in a session takes attendees outside of the virtual conference site. The link will unlock 15 minutes before the session start time

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Manage Program button
  3. Select your session from the "Manage Session" dropdown list
  4. Click Details button
  5. Scroll down to External Meeting Link and enter your URL (Zoom, Webex, Meet links)
  6. Scroll down, click Update Session button to save changes
