How To Access the Reviewer Site and Complete Reviews
As a Reviewer, you would have received an Invitation to Review email message.
The email message would have contained your login information and a URL link to access the Reviewer Site.
Click the URL link to login and access the Reviewer Site.
Once you have logged in, the Reviewer Home page will display showing a list of all current and past review sites they have access to along with a Total Complete vs Total Assigned status counts which will dynamically update as reviews are assigned & completed.
How to Access Submissions and Complete Reviews?
- Click Abstract Review button
- A screen will appear with a list of assignments
- Click on the ID button to commence the review of a submission
- Complete the Reviewer Grading Form
- Click Submit Review button
- Repeat steps 4 - 6 for each assignment.

How to See only Incomplete Assignments?
Once you have logged into the Reviewer Site,
- Click Abstract Review button
- A screen will appear with a list of assignments

Click the drop down Sort Reviews and click on Incomplete
- The list will filter and show only the incomplete assignments.

How to Print Assigned Submissions?
Once you have logged into the Reviewer Site,
- Click Abstract Review button
- A screen will appear with a list of assignments
- In the Print dropdown list, the Reviewer may select the 'All' option and this will generate a PDF file of all of the assigned submissions which may be printed or viewed offline.
- NOTE: Individual submissions may also be selected from the dropdown and printed separately.

Can I Change a Submitted Review?
If the Reviewer Site is still open and the review period has not closed, then you may log back into the Reviewer site and update a previously submitted review.
- Click Abstract Review button beside the most current Review Site
- Click on the ID button of the submission
- Apply your revisions to the Reviewer Grading Form
- Click Submit Review button to save changes
If the Reviewer Site is closed, you will not be able to change a submitted review.
