How Do I turn on Live Session Chat?
- Click Dashboard
- Click Mobile App Management in the left side menu
- If there is more than one app defined, select the app from the dropdown menu
- Click App Module Settings in the horizontal menu
- Select Module Settings
- Click Participants
- Set Session Participants Live Chat Enabled to display
- Click Update at the bottom of the page.
