How Do I log into the Mobile App?

First, you must ensure you have downloaded your conference's mobile app.

There are 3 options for logging into the app. 
  1. Email and Password
  2. Magic Login Link
  3. Scan QR Code
For all options, you will need the email address you used to register as an attendee for the conference. 

Email and Password

  1. For users that have an existing account with xcdsystem.com you can use your email and password.
    1. From the home screen click on Click to Log In below your conferences banner

    2. Enter the Email address you used to register for the conference and click Next

    4. Click Enter Password 

    6. Enter your password

    8. If you have forgotten your password try the magic login link option listed below.

  1. For existing or new users you can enter your email and click Email Me Magic Link
    1. From the home screen click on Click to Log In below your conferences banner

    2. Enter the Email address you used to register for the conference

    4. Click Email me Magic Link, the app will display a confirmation screen to prompt you to check your email.


    7. To utilize the Email me Magic Link option, you will need access to your email on the mobile device you are logging into. Access can be via app or browser. 
    8. Click on the email's automatic login link button, your device may ask what app you want to open it with, select the conference app.

Scan QR Code 

  1. Use the QR Code sent to your email prior to the conference.
    1. You must download the app and scan the QR code sent to your email with your phone's QR code scanner or the conference app's QR code scanner. 
      1. To use the app's QR code scanner, click Menu from the bottom navigation bar
      2. In the top right you may see a QR code icon, click the icon
        1. If you do not see the QR code scanner icon then this feature has been turned off and you will need to use your phone's default QR code scanner.

      3. You may need to give the app permission to access your camera.
      4. Bring up your custom QR code you received in an email on another device, mobile phone, computer, tablet etc.
      5. Scan the QR code.
    2. Scanning the QR code without the conference app will not work and will not download the app. 
    3. Your device may ask what app you want to open it with, select the conference app.
