Exhibitor Registration Information and Help

A company will have its own company profile in the system and one or more people associated with the company profile who has the admin rights to the company profile to register the company, update the company details, add or remove staff affiliated with the company, register staff and submit payments for the company invoices.

Staff who are affiliated with a company, but do not have admin rights to the company profile will not be able to perform any actions on behalf of the company. They may only register themselves independently as an individual for an event. If a company staff wants their registration to fall under the company invoice, the person with the admin rights to the company profile is the only one who may register the staff.

On the Profile home page for a logged in user, when the user clicks the exhibitor button, one of the following three scenarios will occur:
Scenario 1:
If you are logged in AND you are affiliated with a company, but you are not the company admin, clicking the Exhibitor button on the profile home, will take you to the attendee registration. **NOTE: If you want your registration to appear under the company invoice, contact your Company Admin to submit your registration.

Scenario 2:
If you are logged in AND you are NOT affiliated with a company clicking the Exhibitor button on the profile home, will allow you to create a company registration and you become the company admin.

Scenario 3:
If you are logged in AND you are affiliated with a company AND you are the company admin, clicking the Exhibitor button on the profile home, will allow you to create a company registration and register staff.
