Exhibitor Module — Company Applications

Note: This feature may not be part of all X-CD plans. Please reach out to your account rep or sales to activate this feature. 

This option enables a company approval workflow within the Exhibitor Module. Exhibitors can complete their setup as usual, but cannot proceed to checkout until their application has been reviewed.

When enabled:

  • Companies will see a “Submit Company Application” screen instead of the checkout page.

  • Administrators can then approve or reject each application.

    • If approved, the company gains access to the checkout.

    • If rejected, the checkout remains locked and a rejection message is displayed.

Automated Email Notifications (customizable):

  • Sent to Admin when a new company application is submitted.

  • Sent to Company when their application is submitted.

  • Sent to Company when their application is accepted or rejected.

Screen text and email templates can be customized as needed.

To Enable:

  1. Go to Exhibitor Settings  → Company Approvals

  2. Toggle Company Applications to “On”

To Edit Emails, Approval Messages, or Company Status:

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced → Company Approvals
