Download Media Files

This feature will not work for downloading video files. Contact sales@x-cd.com to purchase the option to download the video content.

  1. Click Dashboard
  2. Click Speaker Module
  3. From the left-hand menu click Manage Files
  4. From the dropdown select the file you want to download
  5. Click Select File Field
  6. In the Submission Files section, choose applicable filters and click the Apply Filter button
  7. Click Download Zip File

NOTE: If there are a large number of files, you may not be able to download ALL content at once due to the size of the file it creates and will receive an access denied error message. This means you will need to apply more filter restrictions and create smaller downloads.
