If you are trying to create a new profile and you experiencing issues, check the following:
1. Have you completed all of the Required Fields such as:
- Did you check off the Terms & Conditions box?
- Do you seen any missing Required Fields?
2. After you completed all of the Required fields, do you see a Captcha box similar to below?
- If you do not see this, ensure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your browser
- Are you on the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari? If not, update your browser version and try again?
- If you are using one of the three recommended browsers, and still do not see the Captcha below
- Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
- Close the browser and reopen it.
- Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
- Log in and try again.
- If that doesn't work, see if a different browser with cookies allowed will solve it.
