Create Profile Issues?

If you are trying to create a new profile and you experiencing issues, check the following:

1. Have you completed all of the Required Fields such as:
  1. Did you check off the Terms & Conditions box?
  2. Do you seen any missing Required Fields?
2. After you completed all of the Required fields, do you see a Captcha box similar to below?
  1. If you do not see this, ensure you are using Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari as your browser
  2. Are you on the latest version of Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari? If not, update your browser version and try again?
  3. If you are using one of the three recommended browsers, and still do not see the Captcha below
    2. Log out and clear your browser Internet cache.
    3. Close the browser and reopen it.
    4. Make sure cookies are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.
    5. Log in and try again.
    6. If that doesn't work, see if a different browser with cookies allowed will solve it.
